Report a processing issue, ask about our methodology or send accessibility feedback. Include the restaurant’s CAMIS ID when possible.

Send an emailBefore reporting a restaurant record
Check the inspection date and compare the profile with NYC’s official restaurant search. If the city’s record differs from ours, send both URLs so we can investigate the snapshot or grouping logic.
Official complaints and health concerns
We are not a government agency and cannot inspect a restaurant or change an official grade. For a public-health complaint, use NYC 311 or the appropriate city service. For urgent medical concerns, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.
